Raising children to stay out of trouble and avoid risky behavior is really hard considering the influence of the society, surroundings and the internet. Parents sometimes don't even have control over their children's lives and don't know what children do in school and after school which makes it hard to provide them with adequate care and guidance. Prevention of this problem should be out first priority. According to World Health Organization (WHO) 20 percent of Filipino women get pregnant at the age of 19 and less. Last 2019 the Philippines has recorded a total of 180,916 live births among adolescent aged 10-19 , according to the data from Civil Registration and Vital Statistics System of the Philippine Statistics Authority.
